Rule 131
Prohibited work during inspection
(1) The inspecting person shall not bring pen, ink, photographic material to the record room and during inspection shall not make any kind of stain or mark on the missile or document or tear it or damage it in any other way.
(2) The inspecting person shall note the necessary points on a separate paper with a pencil. Do not copy, photograph, invert, or view duplicates or inversions that you already own.
(3) No document or document which has been or will be produced in the court on the day of hearing shall be allowed to be inspected unless there is sufficient cause.
